At 4Life Fitness, our goal is to create a supportive, respectful, and high-quality training environment for every member. We are proud to offer a space where individuals of all experience levels can train, grow, and feel part of a strong community.
To help maintain this environment, we’ve outlined the following Member Etiquette and Policies. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Training Environment
Respect & Shared Space

Treat all members and staff with respect at all times

Be mindful that this is a shared training environment

Members train at different speeds and levels—please be patient and aware of those around you
Equipment Use

Wipe down equipment after use

Return all weights and equipment to their proper place

Be considerate during busy times and share equipment as needed
Cleanliness

Bring a towel

Dispose of garbage properly

Help maintain a clean and organized facility
Safety First

Use equipment as intended

Ask staff if unsure how to use equipment

Avoid unsafe lifts without proper support or supervision
Footwear & Attire

Clean indoor training shoes are required at all times

Wear appropriate fitness attire suitable for a community training environment
Phones & Filming

Be mindful of others when taking photos or videos

Do not record other members without their consent
Personal Belongings

Store belongings in designated areas

4Life Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items
Membership, Billing & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

Memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel

Membership remains active and billing continues during the notice period
Billing & Payments

Members are responsible for keeping payment information up to date

Failed or missed payments may result in additional fees or suspension of access
Price Changes

Membership fees may be adjusted with a minimum of 30 days’ notice
