FITKIDS PROGRAM
Program Objective: Introduce and promote physical development, improve fitness and instil positive, healthy habits in children through fun and engaging drills and activities! At the forefront, we strive to build physical confidence from a young age.

Program Overview: Coached by High-Performance Coach Zach Benson with the help of our student athletes, our 45 minute FitKids sessions consist of game-centric fitness activities that will teach and build upon basic athletic foundations such as strength, speed, agility and balance.
