JR. ELITE GROUP
We want to put an emphasis on building the foundation for the future. This is done by focusing on the FUNdamentals. This includes special awareness and perfecting mechanics for individual body types. Learning over training.
We offer high intensity, small group training sessions designed for Elite athletes, consisting of strength, power, speed, mechanics, and overall athletic development in a competitive, fast tempo environment. Placement in group sessions dependent on training experience, athletic ability, age, etc. This group is made up of athletes 14 - 19 yrs concerned with the pursuit of next level athletics.
*Exceptional status can be granted to athletes as young as 12 yrs.
Classes are designed for activity adults between the ages of 18-50 years old looking for a social community and a great HIIT workout. We focus on accountability and keep classes to a size of 10-15 people for a more dynamic environment.
