Service Description

We offer high intensity, small group training sessions designed for Elite athletes, consisting of strength, power, speed, mechanics, and overall athletic development in a competitive, fast tempo environment. Placement in group sessions dependent on training experience, athletic ability, age, etc. This group is made up of athletes 14 - 19 yrs concerned with the pursuit of next level athletics. *Exceptional status can be granted to athletes as young as 12 yrs.
